What it is

ProperTradie public quote links let customers review your quote in their browser and approve with a digital signature. They accept terms, enter their full name and draw their signature. Optional mobile verification is available when you enable it per quote.

Why tradies need it

Verbal OKs and screenshot approvals are hard to prove later. A signed approval record helps you start work with confidence and reduces disputes about what was agreed.

Public quote links customers can open anywhere

Generate a secure tokenised link for each quote. Your customer sees your branding, line items, totals, terms snapshot, and any customer-visible job photos. They can view or print a PDF-style document from the link.

Digital signature on approval

The customer accepts your terms snapshot, enters their full legal name and draws their signature on the approval screen. After approval, they see confirmation and the signature appears on the approved PDF.

Optional mobile verification

You can enable optional mobile verification per quote when you want an extra approval step. It is not required by default. Digital signature remains part of every public quote approval.

Photos and scope on the quote

Attach job photos to quotes and control which ones customers see on the public page. Useful for painters, landscapers, builders and anyone who wants the customer to see the scope visually.

When a quote is approved, ProperTradie creates a linked invoice. Line items and customer details carry over without retyping. You still choose when to send the invoice.
