What are ProperCredits?
ProperCredits power assisted features that save you time. They are used for assisted quote and invoice creation, receipt scanning, voice and photo-assisted documents, and optional mobile verification when you enable it.
Do customers need an app?
No. Customers open quote, invoice and agreement links in their mobile browser. Only you need the ProperTradie app.
Can customers sign quotes?
Yes. Customers open a secure public link, review the quote, accept terms, enter their full name, draw their digital signature and complete approval. Their signature appears on the approved PDF.
Can customers sign service agreements?
Yes. Service agreements use the same public approval flow with mandatory digital signature. Optional mobile verification is available when you enable it per agreement.
Is mobile verification required?
No. Digital signature is part of quote and service-agreement approval. Mobile verification is optional and controlled by your business per document.
Can I track cash and bank-transfer payments?
Yes. Record cash and bank transfers in ProperTradie. Optionally connect Stripe for card payments on supported invoice links.
Does ProperTradie replace accounting software?
No. ProperTradie is practical quoting, invoicing, approvals and payment tracking for tradies. It helps you stay organised before records go to your accountant or accounting software.
